Magnificent Nepal
Namaste from Nepal ! After spending almost a month in Nepal we were sorry to leave this friendly country with its friendly people, fascinating mountains and excellent cuisine. As many people nowadays we had some concerns about the safety before we arrived but it turned out quickly that press exaggerated the situation. We have never experienced hostility towards foreigners, quite the opposite, everybody was very friendly and helpful.
KATHMANDU: Indian tourists from XLRI Jamshedpur, School of Business and Human Resources India, have commented that even remote areas in Nepal are safe to travel.

Two French trekkers, Rene-Tomio, 62 and Jacques-Cordola, 56, traveled from Kanchanjunga to Dhaulagiri, the two ends of the Himalayan range stretching from the eastern to the western parts of Nepal . According to the trekkers, the trip was more than an adventure; they were trying to send a message to the mountaineering and trekking community.

Zero Fatality
The year 2005 created a new history in the field of civil aviation with zero fatality for the year from January 4, 2005 to January 4, 2006. This news was disclosed by a high official at Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal here today in a seminar entitled "Human Factor: Contributing Factor to Control Flight to Terrain".
